Bruce joined the Siskiyou Land Trust Board of Directors in the summer of 2021 and currently sits on the Acquisition and Fund-Raising Committees.

Mr. Berlinger has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.  He is also a real estate advisor with Eleven Real Estate with 40 years as a top producer selling real estate throughout Northern California and on the McCloud River Conservancy Committee. Bruce and his wife, Linda, lived in Marin County for 40 years, but now reside in McCloud. They have been part-time residents of McCloud since 2005 and full-time since March 2020. 

Bruce is COO and principal partner in McCloud Partners, LLC., owners of the former McCloud Lumber Mill property, which has a deep 100-year history in the community of McCloud. After purchasing the mill property from Nestle in 2014, McCloud Partners repurposed the abandoned mill and now has multiple businesses on site, with aim to balance economic innovation and environmental stewardship. 

Bruce brings to Project Liv Board expertise in operations, finance, land stewardship, strategic planning, and management skills. He is very interested in helping to preserve the natural beauty of Siskiyou County.
